Kitty
and I have been busy since my end of summer post. As soon as I made
it home from Oregon we began moving and setting up shop at the same
time. We are thankful for the cabin we had for the last year. It
came along just when needed, but we very quickly outgrew it. We are
now in a larger cabin with a loft. We can turn around without having
to go outside.
I'm
not working on helicopters now. All of our efforts this winter will
be focused on Arctic Artique and Shangri-lah-di-da, our Ebay sales
page which will become a full blown Ebay store this year. We
survived this way the last two winters. This year we plan to not
only survive, but to thrive.
This
is life in America after Obamacare. There are no jobs, no matter
what our government numbers keep saying. There is no longer any
retirement. This is our retirement. It is a hard life but I enjoy
it. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be making art
from cast off stuff, but it works. We are going to do well here.
Our
loft has been turned into our digital store. The great room is our
studio. We are ready to rock and roll. Updates will be coming
regularly once again. Watch us take old cast offs and turn them into
one of a kind unique creations.
Here
is a quick teaser for you. Would you like a sundial or a bird bath?
This stylish piece can be either. Made from an old 60's lamp that
had been thrown out and a decorative sundial plate that had been used
as a knick knack catch, this versatile creation can be displayed in
or outdoors and can be used for whatever you would like. A simple
yet elegant work, this beauty will enhance any space you wish to
display it.
Keep
watching...Arctic Artique is once again about to go full bore!
