Well,
here I am, 0 'dark thirty and just looking at my different accounts.
It must be time to ramble just a bit. I'm in Alaska. Snow is still
outside. It is beginning to melt. We didn't get much snow this year
and the winter was very mild for us. Weird weather we are having
these days. Why? Is it chem trails? What about a shift in the jet
stream? Could it be that the earth has shifted on its axis? A polar
shift if you will.
The
Iditarod is about ready to begin down in Anchorage. The weather has
been so strange this winter that the Alaska Railroad is taking our
snow down to the race so the mushers and dogs will have snow to
complete the ceremonial start on. Go figure. Only in Alaska would
you hear about something as strange as this. Give us your snow!
Even
though we still have snow, we just had our first wild fire. Go
figure. Another live fire exercise touched off the dry spruce trees
down by Fort Greeley. This is going to be one bad fire season this
year. The entire state has already been classified as red on the
danger level for summer.
I'm
working feverishly on several projects. I hope to have a couple
pictures of more completed items today or tomorrow. Ever seen a 1961
National Geographic Globe Lamp? Stay tuned. I finished my first
hand made blanket trunk yesterday. Never in my life would I believe
I could make something like this. Kitty is going to wood burn some
designs on it, then the pictures will come.
Life
is hard but I am making the best of it. We will survive. Will will
overcome our current challenges. I will be a better person for it!
With the love, patience and guidance from Kitty I continue to learn
and grow and to live with m autistic tendencies. My brain just
happens to be Linux while the rest of the world operates on Windows.
I actually like Linux better!
Thanks
for taking the time to listen to me ramble. I'm getting so much
better at not being negative now when I write. Body language and
speech still need work, but I'm getting there!
